Pre-Course Learning
24 Hours - Once registered, you'll receive an email within that time frame from no-reply@bwfat.com.au the RTO (Registered Training Organisation) whose platform we use to facilitate the online learning.
3 Attempts - You get three attempts at each question, then the system requires you to re-read the learning material before allowing another three attempts.
7 Day Grace Period - There is a seven day grace period for those who cannot complete the pre-course learning, for whatever reason, prior to the course commencing. Beyond that, participants are required to re-register and complete the course again.

Late Sign Up
Complete the online learning as soon as the RTO give you access to the system.

Training Day
Arrive on time!
Bring photo ID
U18's require a parental consent form.
Successfully complete 2 min's uninterrupted CPR (on the floor) among other practicals.
Receive your nationally recognised certificate via email - same day!

Latecomers
Our trainers hit the ground running with the practical starting within the first 5 minutes of the session. You cannot afford to be late. However, circumstances arise and latecomers are welcome to join the class at their earliest convenience, but will be required to return and sit in on the portion of the session they missed.
These are nationally recognised courses, heavily regulated by ASQA, our governing body, who do not allow anyone a Statement of Attainment who has not received ALL of the course information.

In-House Training
In-house training sessions incur the full price cost per person. However if your staff would like to come to one of our local venues, they can take advantage of our Early Bird Offer (subject to availability).
Minimum ten participants required for an in-house training session. We can attend in-house sessions where there are less that ten participants, however the cost of ten participants remains and the company is credited with ‘free publicly run sessions’ for the other participants.
Should six staff members attend an in-house session, the company would be credited with ‘four free publicly run sessions’ for new staff members to attend at any time throughout the year, or indeed the credit can be used by existing staff members attending next years refresher course.
Please note, a $200 call out fee applies should the start or finish time, of the course fall outwith the regular Monday to Friday business hours of 9am - 5pm.
We can set up things up so that each participant pays at the point of registration, or we can invoice the company. Once a date, time and location has been agreed upon, we shall raise an invoice, which once paid, confirms the booking.
Certificates are issued by the trainer prior to leaving site.

Reschedule / Cancel
Participants of our publicly run sessions can reschedule / cancel their course at any time using the reschedule / cancel buttons in your confirmation email (fully refundable).
We use Square Payment Processing who state: It takes 2-7 business days to process a refund with Square. Once the refund is processed and sent to your customer's card issuing bank, it can take another 2-7 business days (depending on the bank's processing speeds) for the refund to post to your customer's account.
Courses cannot be cancelled in the 24 hours prior to the course commencing.
Courses can only be rescheduled in the the 24 hours prior to the course commencing by emailing the organisation.
